This e-learning course will provide basic knowledge about the most relevant aspects of the use of the Internet for terrorist purposes such as recruitment, violent radicalization, training new members, collection and transfer of funds and organization of terrorist acts. There is a broad range of beneficiaries of this course, especially those groups of people involved and interested in security issues such as decision makers and government officials, academics, teachers and students in police academies and other similar educational institutions. Users will complete the module at their own pace with increased awareness, knowledge and understanding on how terrorists use the Internet and on possibilities how to counter this threat.
